1. Before Ordering

  • Read the product description carefully before placing your order.
  • It is recommended to provide a WhatsApp number for easier communication.
  • Enter a detailed and clear address (Governorate, Area, Street Name, Building Number, Floor, Apartment, Landmark).
  • If you have special shipping instructions, mention them in the notes section.


2. Order Confirmation & Modifications

  • Once your order is confirmed and shipped, no modifications can be made.
  • If you made a mistake or need to modify your order, contact customer service before shipping.
  • If you change your order details after shipping confirmation, delivery may be delayed by 2 to 3 additional business days.


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • If you place multiple orders to the same address, contact customer service to combine them into one shipment before shipping.
  • All orders are delivered sealed to maintain product quality.
  • Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and official holidays.
  • The shipping company will contact you daily after shipping; please keep your phone available.


4. Communication & Customer Service

  • Customer service will attempt to contact you three times on different days. If there is no response, the order will be canceled and returned to the company.
  • You will be contacted after your order is shipped to follow up on delivery and ensure your satisfaction.
  • If you face any issue with your order, contact customer service for assistance.
